The Montana Notary Guild is the only organization that provides approved, live, in-person notary training for Montana notaries. MNG delivers the gold standard in comprehensive, and practical training that addresses the legal requirements and emphasizes the execution of notarial practice. This approach ensures that notaries are well-equipped to perform their roles accurately, confidently, and professionally.

This four-hour class covers the laws, rules, procedures, and ethics for obtaining a Montana Notary Commissions and fulfills the statutory requirement for state-approved education under 1-5-620, MCA. MNG members are welcome to attend these classes at no charge

Lunch & Learn With Lori & Kristi - Monthly Live Webinars
Join Lori and Kristi on the Fourth Wednesday every month from 1 - 2 p.m. for a fun and informative live webinar covering things that make notaries go “WTH???” We’ll dive into the weird stuff, the frustrating stuff, and the stuff that somehow has never made a whole lot of sense. Each month will feature a different area of notary practice with the goal of improving your understanding of the why behind the requirements and increasing your confidence as you face the stark raving realities of general notary work.
